Ciao a tutti gli amici di Pierino!!!
Oggi avevo voglia di fare un giretto in bicicletta e sono andato a Tornavento, alla vecchia Dogana Austroungarica.

Today i was in the mood of riding my bycicle and I went to Tornavento were the ancient Custom from the Austrian kingdom is located.

Per arrivare alla dogana ora sede del Parco del Ticino il percorso è molto semplice, prendento la superstrada per l'aeroporto di Malpensa, usciamo a Lonate Pozzolo, giriamo dunque in direzione di Oleggio e alla prima rotonda prendiamo la prima strada a destra per Tornavento. Proseguiamo per 400 metri e prendiamo una stradina sterrata sulla sinistra, la quale porta al parcheggio.

Arrivato al parcheggio Pierino inforca la bicicletta e si mette a gironzolare, la dogana recentemente ristrutturata ora è uno delle sedi del Parco del Ticino, all'interno si scorge un centro per cicloturisti vedendo le biciclette dovrebbe essere un noleggio aperto il sabato e la domenica.

Un interessante evento che ha catturato l'interesse di Pierino

Prendendo la pista ciclabile alla sinistra della dogana si scende verso i canali, lungo la strada troviamo vari monumenti a ricordo di varie epoche, resti di laterizi di epoca romana, antichi attrezzi usati dai contadini, ruote ed altre testimonianze del passato.

Prendendo la ciclabile alla destra della dogana si attraversa un vero e proprio museo a cielo aperto con varie stazioni con oggetti del passato e le relative spiegazioni.
